. How do I place my order?

  • Click on the product you want to buy.
  • Click on “Add To Cart” option.
  • You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different products and adding them to the cart.
  • After that, click “Cart” on the menu bar.
  • Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout”.
  • Fill in all the billing details and check the order details (including the total cost).
  • Click on the “Order place” button below the form.
  • Hence, your order is placed, and you will get a confirmation email of your order detail.
  • You can receive your order through the Cash On Delivery(COD) method.

Q.. How do I cancel an order on Genzzy.Store?

A. To cancel your order, go to your account and log in. During business hours, guest users can cancel their orders by contacting our customer support team. During the last confirmation call, you can also cancel your order.
